B/S/C Authenticity & Condition

1. Scope

This Authenticity & Condition page explains how B/S/C describes art objects, garment objects, limited products, one-of-one works, archive items, apparel, image systems, and related items.

B/S/C operates through a curated request-based acquisition process. B/S/C may confirm condition, materials, measurements, provenance context, shipping, taxes, duties, payment terms, and final order details before a sale is completed.

2. Authenticity

B/S/C intends to present items truthfully and in good faith.

Unless B/S/C expressly states otherwise in writing, B/S/C represents authenticity only to the original B/S/C buyer and only based on B/S/C's own records, knowledge, documentation, production history, studio process, or source information available at the time of sale.

B/S/C does not provide an open-ended, transferable, resale-market, auction-house, or third-party authentication guarantee unless B/S/C expressly agrees in writing.

3. Condition

B/S/C items may be artistic, handmade, altered, archival, experimental, distressed, aged, worn, modified, limited, or one-of-one.

Condition may include intentional or inherent characteristics such as surface marks, distressing, aging, irregular finish, handmade variation, altered construction, uneven texture, material behavior, color variation, proportion variation, archive wear, studio handling, and object-specific irregularity.

Unless B/S/C expressly confirms otherwise in writing, those characteristics are part of the item's condition and are not defects.

4. Images, Color, and Screen Appearance

Product images, device screens, lighting, compression, camera settings, display calibration, and viewing conditions may affect how an item appears online.

A difference between screen appearance and physical appearance is not automatically a defect.

If color, measurement, material, or condition is material to your decision, ask B/S/C before purchase confirmation.

5. Measurements and Fit

Measurements are provided as carefully as practicable but may be approximate.

Garment objects, altered garments, handmade pieces, archival garments, experimental pieces, or one-of-one items may not fit like mass-produced apparel.

Returns are not accepted for fit preference, sizing preference, styling preference, or change of mind unless B/S/C approves a remedy in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Condition Notes

B/S/C may provide condition notes, product descriptions, photographs, measurements, or other context before purchase confirmation.

You are responsible for reviewing item information before confirming payment. If you have questions about condition, material, size, color, or use, contact B/S/C before purchase.

7. Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Materially Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, wrong, or materially different from the confirmed description, contact B/S/C within 48 hours of delivery at hello@bscrew.io.

Include your order number or request reference, name, contact email, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the item, clear photographs of all packaging, and photographs of any visible shipping damage.

You must keep the item, packaging, labels, shipping materials, documentation, accessories, and included materials until B/S/C completes review.

Do not return any item without written authorization from B/S/C.

If B/S/C determines that an item was damaged, defective, wrong, or materially different from the confirmed description, B/S/C may offer one or more remedies depending on the circumstances and applicable law, including repair, replacement if available, store credit, partial refund, refund, shipping claim assistance, or another appropriate resolution.

8. Provenance and Documentation

Any provenance, production, source, archive, or documentation information is provided based on the records and knowledge available to B/S/C at the time of sale.

B/S/C does not promise that every item includes certificates, third-party authentication, archive records, exhibition history, resale records, or external provenance documents unless B/S/C expressly confirms that in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

Purchase of a physical item does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, design rights, image rights, reproduction rights, commercial use rights, or rights to the underlying artwork, image system, design, visual concept, or product presentation unless B/S/C expressly grants those rights in writing.

10. No Resale or Investment Promise

B/S/C does not promise resale value, investment performance, future scarcity, future market recognition, exhibition opportunity, certification by a third party, or acceptance by any marketplace, auction house, institution, platform, or buyer.

11. Relationship to Terms and Returns
