B/S/C Cookie Settings / Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 29, 2026
1. Scope
This Cookie Settings / Cookie Policy explains how B/S/C uses cookies, local storage, pixels, analytics tools, advertising technologies, server logs, and similar technologies on bscrew.io and related B/S/C services.
B/S/C operates from Los Angeles, California. The public website is operated through Webflow and Vercel and uses Shopify for commerce services, including checkout, draft orders, payments, order records, and related store policies.
This policy should be read together with the B/S/C Privacy Policy and Terms of Sale & Site Use.
2. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
Cookies and similar technologies are tools that store or access information on your browser, device, or session.
These technologies may include cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, scripts, server logs, device identifiers, analytics identifiers, advertising identifiers, and similar tracking or storage technologies.
Some technologies are necessary for the site to function. Others are optional and are used only according to your privacy choices and applicable law.
3. Essential Technologies
Essential technologies are required for the site and commerce experience to work.
B/S/C may use essential technologies for site operation, security, fraud prevention, cart function, checkout function, request submission, draft order handling, order processing, payment processing, session management, privacy preference storage, error prevention, and legal compliance.
Essential technologies may remain active even if you reject optional analytics or advertising technologies.
4. Analytics Technologies
Analytics technologies help B/S/C understand how the site is used.
Analytics may help measure site traffic, page views, navigation paths, device and browser performance, technical errors, request-flow performance, checkout or cart behavior, and general site interaction.
At launch, B/S/C does not currently load third-party analytics technologies through the website. If analytics technologies are configured later, they should remain disabled unless allowed through the website consent layer where required or where B/S/C has chosen to honor that preference.
If you choose "Essential Only," B/S/C should not enable optional analytics through the website consent layer.
If you choose "Allow Analytics," analytics technologies may be enabled where configured, but advertising or marketing pixels remain disabled unless separately allowed.
5. Advertising and Marketing Technologies
Advertising and marketing technologies may help B/S/C measure advertising performance, understand traffic from ads, or show advertising through third-party platforms.
At launch, B/S/C does not currently load advertising or marketing technologies through the website.
If configured later, these technologies may include Google advertising technologies, Meta Pixel, conversion measurement tools, remarketing or retargeting technologies, and similar advertising or marketing pixels.
If you choose "Essential Only" or "Allow Analytics," advertising and marketing technologies should remain disabled through the website consent layer.
If you choose "Allow All," advertising and marketing technologies may be enabled where configured.
6. Current Consent Choices
B/S/C may offer the following privacy choices:
Essential Only: only essential technologies are enabled. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are disabled.
Allow Analytics: essential technologies and analytics technologies may be enabled. Advertising and marketing technologies remain disabled.
Allow All: essential technologies, analytics technologies, and advertising or marketing technologies may be enabled where configured.
Options: you may choose analytics and advertising or marketing settings separately where available.
7. Google Technologies
If Google technologies are configured later, B/S/C may use Google consent settings to control how Google tags behave.
These settings may include analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization.
Before optional consent is granted, these settings may be denied by default.
If analytics is allowed, analytics storage may be granted. If advertising or marketing is allowed, advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization may be granted where configured.
8. Meta Technologies
If Meta Pixel or related Meta technologies are configured later, B/S/C may keep Meta advertising technologies disabled unless advertising or marketing consent is granted.
If advertising or marketing consent is not granted, Meta Pixel should remain disabled or revoked through the website consent layer where technically available.
If advertising or marketing consent is granted, Meta Pixel may be enabled and may process events such as page views or conversion-related events where configured.
9. Shopify and Checkout
B/S/C uses Shopify for commerce services, including checkout, draft orders, payment processing, order records, and related store policies.
Shopify may use cookies and similar technologies as described in Shopify's own privacy notices and customer privacy tools.
B/S/C's website consent layer applies to the Webflow/Vercel website experience. Shopify-managed checkout, Shopify services, and Shopify privacy tools may operate according to Shopify's own systems, settings, and applicable legal requirements.
For launch, B/S/C does not install a Shopify Customer Privacy API bridge on the Webflow site and does not load Shopify's cookie banner on the Webflow site.
The planned checkout domain is checkout.bscrew.io. That same-root checkout plan can make a future Customer Privacy API bridge feasible if B/S/C later wants one consent state across the Webflow storefront and Shopify checkout.
10. Do Not Sell or Share
B/S/C does not sell personal information for money.
B/S/C does not currently load advertising, marketing, or third-party analytics technologies through this website, so there is no sale or sharing of personal information to opt out of at this time.
If B/S/C later enables advertising, marketing, or cross-context tracking technologies, some uses may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain privacy laws. Where applicable, you may opt out of advertising or marketing technologies through Cookie Settings or the Do Not Sell or Share page.
Disabling advertising or marketing technologies does not disable essential site functions, checkout, order processing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service-related communications.
11. Global Privacy Control
B/S/C does not currently load advertising, marketing, or third-party analytics technologies through this website, so there is no sale or sharing of personal information to opt out of at this time.
If B/S/C later enables such technologies, B/S/C will honor a recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser or device, where required by applicable law and technically feasible. You can also disable optional advertising and analytics technologies at any time through Cookie Settings.
12. Changing Your Cookie Choices
You may change your cookie choices through Cookie Settings on the B/S/C website.
Changing your cookie choices may not remove all cookies or technologies already stored on your browser. You may also clear cookies, local storage, or site data through your browser settings.
If you use a different browser, device, or private browsing session, you may need to set your choices again.
13. Browser Controls
Most browsers allow you to block, delete, or manage cookies and local storage.
If you block or delete essential technologies, parts of the site may not function correctly, including cart, checkout, request forms, privacy preference storage, or security features.
14. Service Emails and Marketing Emails
Cookie choices do not prevent B/S/C from sending necessary service-related communications, such as request responses, order messages, payment issues, shipping updates, legal notices, or customer support replies.
Promotional email marketing is separate. B/S/C sends promotional emails only where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by law.

16. Changes
B/S/C may update this Cookie Settings / Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, analytics tools, advertising tools, Shopify services, or B/S/C operations.
The updated version will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date.
