This Do Not Sell or Share page explains how you can opt out of certain uses of personal information by B/S/C for advertising, marketing, or cross-context tracking purposes where those uses exist and where applicable law provides that right.

B/S/C operates from Los Angeles, California. B/S/C does not sell personal information for money.

2. Current Launch State

B/S/C does not currently load advertising, marketing, or third-party analytics technologies through this website, so there is no sale or sharing of personal information to opt out of at this time.

If B/S/C later enables such technologies, B/S/C will update this page, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Settings / Cookie Policy to name active vendors and describe the categories and purposes involved.

If B/S/C later enables such technologies, B/S/C will honor a recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser or device, where required by applicable law and technically feasible. You can also disable optional advertising and analytics technologies at any time through Cookie Settings.

9. Shopify and Checkout

B/S/C uses Shopify for commerce services, including checkout, draft orders, payment processing, order records, and related store policies.

Shopify may process personal information according to Shopify's own privacy notices, customer privacy tools, and legal systems.

B/S/C's website Cookie Settings apply to the Webflow/Vercel website experience. Shopify-managed checkout, Shopify privacy controls, payment processing, and Shopify services may operate according to Shopify's own systems and applicable legal requirements.

For launch, B/S/C does not install a Shopify Customer Privacy API bridge on the Webflow site. Before enabling advertising or marketing pixels, B/S/C should either implement a unified Shopify Customer Privacy API bridge on checkout.bscrew.io or maintain a clearly documented split-surface privacy model.

10. Service Communications

Opting out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or optional marketing technologies does not stop necessary service-related communications.

B/S/C may still contact you about acquire requests, order questions, payment issues, draft orders, shipping updates, delivery issues, damage reports, returns or approved remedies, legal notices, customer support, security, or fraud-prevention issues.

Promotional email marketing is separate. You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe option in those emails or by contacting B/S/C.

11. Different Browsers or Devices

Your choices may apply only to the browser, device, or session where the choice was made.

If you use another browser, device, private browsing window, or clear browser storage, you may need to set your choices again.

12. No Discrimination

B/S/C will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

However, disabling certain technologies may affect optional site features, measurement, personalization, advertising, or saved preferences.
