1. Scope

This Do Not Sell or Share page explains how you can opt out of uses or disclosures of personal information that may be considered sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable law.

B/S/C operates from Los Angeles, California. B/S/C does not sell personal information for money.

2. Current Technologies

B/S/C uses Google Analytics 4 when analytics consent is granted. B/S/C uses Meta Pixel when advertising and marketing consent is granted. B/S/C does not currently use Google Ads tracking technologies.

When Meta Pixel is enabled, identifiers and information about website activity may be disclosed to Meta for advertising measurement, audience creation, remarketing or retargeting, or cross-context behavioral advertising. Depending on applicable law, this may be considered “sharing” personal information.

3. Your Choice

You may disable optional advertising and marketing technologies used by B/S/C at any time.

Disabling Ads / Marketing revokes marketing permission for Meta Pixel and keeps it disabled on subsequent page loads for that browser or device. It does not disable essential technologies or Google Analytics 4 if analytics has been separately permitted.

This choice does not disable technologies required for site operation, security, cart, checkout, request handling, order processing, payment processing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service-related communications.

4. Essential Technologies

Essential technologies are required for the B/S/C website and commerce experience to work.

These may include technologies used for site operation, security, fraud prevention, cart function, checkout function, request submission, draft order handling, order processing, payment processing, privacy preference storage, and legal compliance.

Essential technologies may remain active even if you opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or optional marketing technologies.

5. Analytics

B/S/C uses Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic, page views, navigation, technical performance, and general site interaction.

Google Analytics 4 is loaded only when you select Allow Analytics, enable Analytics through Options, or select Allow All. If analytics consent is not granted, Google Analytics 4 remains disabled.

Global Privacy Control does not automatically disable analytics that you have separately permitted. You may change your analytics choice through Cookie Settings.

6. Advertising and Marketing

B/S/C uses Meta Pixel for advertising measurement, understanding visits from Meta platforms, audience creation, remarketing or retargeting, and cross-context behavioral advertising.

Meta Pixel is loaded only when you enable Ads / Marketing through Options or select Allow All. It remains disabled when you select Essential Only or Allow Analytics.

When Global Privacy Control is active, Meta Pixel remains disabled even if marketing permission was previously saved or Allow All is selected.

7. How to Opt Out

You may opt out through Cookie Settings on the B/S/C website by:

selecting Essential Only;
selecting Allow Analytics; or
opening Options, disabling Ads / Marketing, and selecting Save.

When a valid Global Privacy Control signal is active, B/S/C automatically disables advertising and marketing technologies for that browser or device.

8. Global Privacy Control

B/S/C recognizes valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by supported browsers.

When GPC is active, B/S/C treats the signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. Meta Pixel and other advertising or marketing technologies remain disabled, including where marketing permission was previously saved or Allow All is selected.

GPC does not automatically disable Google Analytics 4 if analytics has been separately permitted. You may change your analytics choice through Cookie Settings.

The GPC preference applies for as long as the signal is active on that browser or device.

9. Shopify and Checkout

B/S/C uses Shopify for commerce services, including checkout, draft orders, payment processing, order records, fraud prevention, and related store policies.

Shopify may use cookies and similar technologies and process personal information according to Shopify’s privacy notices, customer privacy tools, service terms, and applicable legal requirements.

B/S/C Cookie Settings control optional Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel technologies on the main website experience. Shopify-managed checkout, Shopify services, payment processing, and Shopify privacy tools operate through Shopify’s own systems and controls.

10. Service Communications

Opting out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or optional marketing technologies does not stop necessary service-related communications.

B/S/C may still contact you about acquire requests, order questions, payment issues, draft orders, shipping updates, delivery issues, damage reports, returns or approved remedies, legal notices, customer support, security, or fraud-prevention issues.

Promotional email marketing is separate. You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe option in those emails or by contacting B/S/C.

11. Different Browsers or Devices

Your choices may apply only to the browser, device, or session where the choice was made.

If you use another browser, device, private browsing window, or clear browser storage, you may need to set your choices again.

12. No Discrimination

B/S/C will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

However, disabling certain technologies may affect optional site features, measurement, personalization, advertising, or saved preferences.
